POSITIVITY

Feed your mind with positive things and you would get positive results. One time in grade 9, a classmate made a fool out of me in front of the whole class and I got really upset and cried for the rest of the day.  I wanted him to pay for what he had done. I was driven to make everyone laugh at him the same way.  So when I got home, I wrapped a dead lizard in a nylon and kept it in his school bag the next morning right before assembly. I was so happy that he'd finally get what he deserved. I am sure you can picture what happened when he tried taking his notebook out of his bag.  After the whole scene., I felt terrible and my mind wasn't at rest. So I went to him and came clean and all was forgiven. My point is, No matter the horror someone has made you go through, forgiveness is the outright approach. It may be hard and sometimes unreasonable; but the moment you invite negative thoughts, you are no better than the other person. Positivity is a state of mind. So it's on you. You alone can put yourself in a state of positivity by what you think and what influences your thinking. Our mind is structured to think good and evil and we have control over what we think.
I remember a time in school when I'd think about placing a rat gums in my lecturer's desk drawer for calling me unserious in class.  There were times I wished someone who offended me badly would trip and loose a tooth, to mention but a few. I never knew I was poisoning my mind. Having a negative mindset becomes part of you overtime If you don't carefully abstain from it. Most times , it may turn out not to be what you thought therefore putting you in a depressed state.
Believe me, you'd be surprised how you'd start to do stuffs you never thought you'd do. It is true that what you think becomes what you say, and what you say becomes what you do, and what you do becomes part of you overtime.
Let's be careful and mindful of what we feed our mind.

Stay motivated.
